Chet Braun conducts seminars on the second weekend of odd months. Attendance is open to all individuals who are interested in expanding their knowledge of Martial Arts Skills.

Chet has studied martial arts since 1974. After moving to California in 1985, he began studying with Sifu Wing Lam. He is presently studying and teaching Hung Gar Kung Fu and Sun style Taiji with Sifu Wing Lam. Additionally, he is practicing Iron Palm and Large Golden Bell (Iron Body) Chi Qong as taught by Sifu Wing Lam.

Features of the Seminars:

• Put POWER in your weapons and FEAR in your enemy.
• JOIN the ranks of those trained (or cross-trained) in the use of their favored weapon.
• Enjoy HOME COOKED meals from noon Saturday to mid-afternoon Sunday.
• Train in the MEDITATIVE setting of the coastal redwoods of California.
• RELAX sore muscles in the SPA after training.
