Online Purchasing

Many online Internet vendors sell books published by our company. They offer you the convenience of ordering our books online. To see a complete list of Internet vendors selling Pacific Warriors books click here.

Bookstores and Retailers

Our books are available at bookstores and retail outlets throughout the United States. If a bookstore does not stock one of our books, they can often order it for you if you give them the title, author, publisher and ISBN number. Because our books are distributed to stores primarily through distributors, we do not know every store where our books are sold. However, to see a list of those stores we know carry our books click here.

Mail Order

The most efficient method for placing a mail order is to print our mail order form, fill out the form, and mail it to us with the appropriate payment. (Pressing Ctrl-P in most web browsers allows you to print what is onscreen.)

• If you prefer, you may also supply all the necessary information from our mail order form on a piece of paper and send it to us.

Information for Books Retailers and Clubs (Wholesale Information)

If you wish to purchase Pacific Warriors, Inc. books for your bookstore or other retail establishment, you have two options. You may purchase from one of our distributors or directly from us.

To purchase directly from us, our discounts and terms and conditions are below:

1 book        No discount
2-9 books     -20%
10-199 books  -40%
200-499 books -50%
500+ books    -40%, -25%
STOP Orders   -40% plus $2.00 shipping

Terms and Conditions:

• Invoices are due and payable thirty days from the first of the next month after the date of the invoice. 2 percent interest per month will be charged on delinquent accounts.
• Discounts will be forfeited if accounts are not paid within ninety days of due date.
• CA dealers must supply their resale number.
• All books are shipped via U.S. Postal Special 4^th Class Book Rate or UPS Ground. Shipping is FOB Boulder Creek, CA (purchaser pays all charges).
• Shortages or non-receipt must be reported to us within 30 days of the order date.
• Shipping charges will be added to all orders.
• Please submit orders on your purchase order form or letterhead. Non-established vendors must contact us first to arrange for possible reference and credit checks.
• Special handling requests must be received with the order.
• Special discounts or payment schedules are not available.
• Prices subject to change without notice. Orders from outside the U.S. must be paid in U.S. Dollars and must be paid using a method which can be negotiated through a U.S. bank (most Canadian banks have U.S. affiliates).
• Return Policy: All unblemished books may be returned for refund if received within 6 months of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice must be included with return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to: Pacific Warriors, Inc., Attn.: Returns, PO Box 1410, Boulder Creek, CA 95006 USA. Unblemished books are not torn, mutilated, scuffed, or defaced in any way.

Ordering Information

You may place your order by fax, mail, phone or e-mail (deforest@pacificwarriors.com). If no one is in our office when you are placing an order by phone, leave all pertinent information on our voice mail system (including your phone number). Speak slowly and clearly. Your order will be filled promptly. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you immediately.
