Shipping & Handling Charges

• Single book: ($3.00 U.S., $4.50 Canada, $6.00 other countries)
• Multiple books: (10% of Subtotal U.S., 15% Canada, 20% other countries)

Shipping

• Books are shipped via Special Fourth Class Book Rate to U.S. and Canadian customers. All shipments to overseas customers are delivered via surface delivery.
• All in stock items are shipped within the week that they are received. We will attempt to notify you of any excessive delays.
• All large shipments are insured at our expense. Please report damage claims to us immediately.
• We recycle clean boxes. Orders may arrive in boxes with other company's product markings.

Payment

• All orders must be paid using United States funds. Please call for a quote before ordering if in doubt of the total.
• Prepayment must be made by check or money order. There is a $10.00 service charge on all returned checks.
• California residents must pay 8.00% sales tax.
• Your invoice will be enclosed with your order.
